Terms of use

These terms cover use of Venue Tour Tracker (the "App"), provided by 5 Star Venue, LLC, doing business as 5 Star Venue Method.

1. Who can use it. The App is for 5 Star Venue Method coaching clients and the staff they invite. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Your venue's information. Your venue owns the records it enters. You confirm you have permission to enter any personal information you record (for example, prospective clients' contact details) and that you'll use it only for your venue's business.
3. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the App, try to access other businesses' information, or upload content you don't have the rights to (for example logos, photos or videos for the welcome screens).
4. Text messages. Reminder texts are optional, sent only to people who opt in, and can be stopped by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Supply orders. Prices are shown in the store and include shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is due when you order and is processed by Stripe. Custom-labelled and personalized items are made to order.
6. Refunds. If within 30 days of a purchase you feel it isn't providing clear value, email theresa@5starvenuemethod.com and we'll refund it.
7. Changes and availability. We may update the App and these terms; we'll let you know about important changes. We aim to keep the App available but can't promise it will never be interrupted.
8. Limits. The App is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months.
